How We Select Vendors?

All proposals are reviewed by our team and, when applicable, our board of directors. We use a standardized evaluation matrix to score based on:

  • Qualifications & experience

  • Timeline & capacity

  • Mission alignment

  • Sustainability & innovation

  • Cost & value

We believe in transparency and fairness in all our contracting relationships.
