The Soil Institute has submitted its 501(c)(3) nonprofit application and is currently awaiting approval. Once approved, donations may be retroactively tax-deductible. We’ll notify all donors once our status is finalized and provide updated documentation.

A consistent monthly gift helps us plan ahead, scale globally, and keep our administrative costs low — ensuring more of your donation goes directly to the communities we serve.

We provide regular updates, open reporting, and publish impact reports so you can see what your support is building — system by system, city by city.

Yes — we welcome major donors and strategic partners.
If you or your organization would like to fully fund a water system, shelter hub, or other core initiative, reach out to us directly. We offer naming rights, branded impact reports, and exclusive legacy storytelling.

While our 501(c)(3) status is currently pending, The Soil Institute operates with full transparency, legal compliance, and nonprofit integrity.

In the meantime, we are fiscally sponsored by a registered 501(c)(3) organization, which allows all donations to remain tax-deductible and fully accountable.

Should our own application be delayed or denied, we will continue operations through our fiscal sponsor — and all donors will be notified immediately of any changes.
