As the Founder and Chairman of The Soil Institute™, Yousef is leading a first-of-its-kind nonprofit global initiative rooted in one powerful belief: that we can heal the world by healing our systems — starting from our S.O.I.L.

He is a visionary builder, strategist, and global bridge between innovation and justice. A self-taught technologist, hybrid entrepreneur, and systems designer, Yousef has launched multiple ventures that fuse emerging technologies like AI and blockchain with human-centered systems creating scalable solutions for food, water, shelter, healing, and belonging. Yousef is reimagining what’s possible when emerging technologies that serve real human needs.

A Legacy Carried Forward

Yousef carries the wisdom and strength of his ancestry. That legacy shapes his mission to unite communities across lines of race, faith, and background — not in theory, but through real systems that restore dignity, equity, and belonging.

At just 21, he became a personal innovation and tech advisor to the President and Deputy Governor of Indonesia — a journey that launched across 17,000 islands and led to the development of the Jaygoe App™, a geo-mapping platform for sharing global resources.

He later mentored youth leaders from over 185 countries at the United Nations, helping them design tech-based solutions with real-world impact. From boardrooms to food deserts, Yousef has spent over a decade bridging gaps between tradition and technology, grassroots wisdom and global systems.

The Soil Institute: A Global Mission

Through The Soil Institute, he is leading a bold 5-Year Mission to reimagine how we meet five core human needs: food, water, shelter, healing, and the Fifth element.

But this isn’t about charity. It’s about systems that serve, solutions that last, and legacies that can be passed down — hand to hand, generation to generation light to light.

From the solar-powered Storehouse Project™ (formerly BAZAR), to the upcoming Fifth Element Initiative, Yousef's leadership is rooted in dignity, equity, and regeneration.

Beyond the Institute

Yousef is also laying the foundation for the Green Hand Movement™ — a global force that will carry forward the legacy of The Soil Institute after its 5-year mission is complete.

Currently based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Yousef works closely with tribal nations, governments, and forward-thinking institutions to design systems of regeneration, justice, and human impact.
